Players 1 and 2 throw the ball just over the net.
Player 3 moves after the throw and tries to kill the ball by placing his hands over the net.
After 5 kills/blocks change positions.
Player 4 and 5 help to recover/defend the balls.
• Hands head height.
• Touch block and go again
• Tension on muscles
• Pressure on outside leg (leg on the side you are moving too) (air time)
• Shoulder wide jumping
• After jump hands directly over the net
• Lift up shoulders
• Big hands
• Move arms active back from over the net.
• Land on 2 feet, shoulder wide.
