Triple Ball Control
(Pass/Set/Hit)

The two players start up with a distance of 6 Meter and 1 ball.

Player one sets the ball to himself and hits the ball on player two. Player two passes the ball to himself, sets himself and hits the ball back to player one. Player one passes, sets and hits back to player two.

Goal of the play:
• Keep the ball in play for as long as possible
• Work on ball control of hitting
