Objectives:
Practice defense and running through the ball after a dig.
1. Use groups of three or four.
2. Line starts at middle back position.
3. Coach hits a ball to the right or left.

4. Player must dig ball and run through.

5. Alternate right and left direction of hits.

6. Repeat for a set number of hits or good passes
Variations:
Move chair or box for left front players.
Players must transition off the net and run through the pass, alternating sides
